Ultra fluffy kernels

The kernels that we use have a soft, buttery flavor on their own and since there is so much more surface area than traditional popcorn, the kernels hold more seasoning!

If you're a texture person, you'll love our Crafted Popcorn. Our chosen kernels are ultra fluffy compared to traditional kernels, making their crunch far superior.

We carefully select the ingredients we use on our popcorn. Corn oil has been our choice for popping so we can stay as allergen friendly as possible. Our cheeses don't have any artificial dyes to make them appear cheesier. The only "artificial coloring" our popcorn has is caramel color. It's made from carefully reducing naturally occurring sugars (caramelization). It's considered "artificial" because it isn't naturally occurring.
Hand seasoned small batches

Every single bag comes from a small batch. We're consumers too, and we understand the value of consistency. Every seasoning is expertly measured to the gram and mixed before coating the popcorn.

We don't have a huge, automated machine that makes our popcorn (we are a small business after all). We have an actual person making every batch to make sure you receive the best popcorn we have to offer. Mabel's popcorn is literally made by snackers for snackers.
Perfectly balanced flavors

Mabel's started with a little tent, going from festival to festival, with a solid recipe of kettle corn. Word quickly spread and before we knew it, we have three stands running every weekend.
People everywhere were enjoying our perfectly balanced sweet & salty kettle corn. Over the years, we've heard "don't ever change your recipe" and "whatever you're doing... keep doing it!" a few too many times and we knew we had something special.

The other two flavors that have joined Mabel's are our KCC Mix and SW Queso.
Our KCC Mix is a deliciously addictive mixture of kettle, caramel, and cheddar. Granted, it is similar to other mixtures on the market, but you'll find that Mabel's takes it to another level. The ingredients used in our mixture balance perfectly, giving you the "I can't put this stuff down" experience.
Our SW Queso is unlike anything you'll find at major retailers. It's a Southwestern-inspired smoky cheddar. We like to describe it like this: Imagine taking your favorite cheese dip and roasting it over a campfire.
